Natalia earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology at Monmouth University and her Masters in Applied Clinical Psychology at Pacific University. She is under the supervision of Heidi Robbins as she works toward her supervised hours.
Natalia has experience working with children and adolescents, as well as their parents, as they navigate mental health issues. She has worked with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and family conflict.
Natalia applies a client-centered approach with both children and adolescents, striving to create a nonjudgmental and secure space. She primarily utilizes Child Centered Play Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with her clients. These frameworks assist her in helping clients build coping skills, emotional regulation skills, and process life stressors.
In her free time, Natalia enjoys spending her time outside. She loves being on the slopes, hiking the in the valley, gardening, and spoiling her pets with adventures.
